Governing Documents
As a reminder, the Somerset Homeowners’ Association is governed by CCR’s (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions), Bylaws, Supplemental Guidelines, which direct architectural design, and Rules and Regulations. Please refer to these documents when you have questions. We also have a new Architectural Design Approval Form for residents making changes to their properties. You can find all of these materials on our website at www.somersetfarms.net.
Every new homeowner receives these as part of their purchase documents. Homeowners’ Associations exist for a reason, and, in the case of Somerset Farms, it was set up to ensure all residents have consistency and clarity in what is and is not permitted here. We hope this reminder Is helpful!
